3. No Partial Refunds for Current Period: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of your current billing cycle upon cancellation. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- New Subscriptions: For new subscriptions, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided you have not extensively used the service (e.g., exceeding a reasonable usage threshold as determined by Nityasha PVT LTD).
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues with our service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, and which prevent you from using the core functionalities, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
- API Credits: Purchases of API credits are generally non-refundable once consumed. Unused API credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with features clearly described prior to purchase.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have been substantially used or for cancellations made after the initial 7-day refund window for new subscriptions.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions are typically non-refundable.
