This process helps us enhance the accuracy, relevance, and overall performance of the personal assistant. We ensure that this data is handled with strict confidentiality and, where feasible, is anonymized or aggregated to protect your identity.
Nityasha Personal Assistant Features
Nityasha offers a range of powerful features designed to enhance your productivity and organization:
- Notion Management: Nityasha can interact with your linked Notion account to create and update pages, manage tasks within databases, and query existing Notion databases based on your commands. This includes setting up default pages or databases for seamless integration.
- Task Management: You can easily add, edit, mark as done, and retrieve your tasks directly through Nityasha. The assistant helps you keep track of your to-do list efficiently.
- Memory Recall: Nityasha is designed to remember important information you provide. You can add, edit, delete, and retrieve 'memories' to ensure key details are never forgotten, allowing for a more personalized and context-aware interaction.
- Old Chat Access: For continuity and context, Nityasha can access and reference your past conversations. This feature allows the assistant to understand the history of your interactions, provide more relevant responses, and recall previous discussions to assist you better. Your chat history is securely stored and used solely for improving your experience with the Service.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Nityasha, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when required.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Nityasha Team or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Nityasha Personal Assistant is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, express or implied. Nityasha Team will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
This includes damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, any content obtained from the Service, and unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
